Hyper is the epiphany of high preformance meets excellance intergrated with programs, platforms, performance coaches, trainers and professionals active in wellness & fitness, our aim is to please facilitating your every need from our various highly energized, powerpacked day to day classes to your very own personal fitness journey.

Hyper is a full body stimulate training program. Our system focuses on strength conditioning, regenerating performance, energy levels, resistance and endurance training, wellness along with mindfulness stimulating muscle memory in fast response to a sharper healthier mind and body.

INTENSITY training, building up strong and lean muscle faster, with burning calories whiles shredding access fat in our @HYPER endurance and conditioning GIVE IT 2 ME CLASS, where we focus on the metabolic circuit system speeding up metabolism and resistance in maximizing physical effort through a series of compound movements/exercises, giving you a workout that is quicker but much more concentrated.
